Vapour Honing UK is a specialist division of Cheshire Pump Company Limited, established in 2005. Having built our reputation in engineering since 2005, we expanded our expertise into precision surface finishing in 2017.
Because we are active component restorers ourselves, we understand the nuances of the process inside and out. Vapour honing isn’t just for classic restoration—it is an essential engineering process for modern components, industrial parts, and manufacturing finish work.
The Aquanife Difference
We chose the name Vapour Honing because it best describes the refined, satin-like finish of the process compared to traditional, aggressive dry or harsh wet blasting. To achieve this standard, we invested in industry-leading equipment from Aquanife in Denmark.
We rely exclusively on Aquanife machinery and consumables because, quite simply, it is the best equipment available. Alongside our finishing services, we are proud to act as a UK distributor for Aquanife finishing systems and spare parts, backed by their world-class technical knowledge.
